Could be rear wheel bearings or rear disks rubbing

my rear dampers squeek now and again. to see if it is your dampers, stand at the back of your car, and rock the car up and down, you should be able to hear it squeek.

If your car is lowered it might be rubbing, other than that buy a mousetrap.

i was going to say make sure the spare wheel is tight to the body.. but if its only one turn direction then maybe a bit more..
