how long do i take it for ? how many weeks.months
and will it do anything bad after a while ??

Take it for however long you are training for - It should be used correctly to suppliment an already protein rich diet.
I take 3 shakes a day, one first thing in the morning - one at lunch and one just before bed, mixed with milk instead of water to help slow the digestion process.
In Short you dont cycle it so no need to take it for a set amount of time and then stop, and it wont do you any harm.
