Hey i changed my rocker gasket last week, no prob but cars been off the road so havent used it, anyway today i changed the spark plugs and once it was done thought id start it up and take it round the block.
noticed there was alot of smoke coming from the exhaust it is white smoke but it is quite billowing, i also fitted a second hand exhaust a 2 weeks ago and fuel filter.
left it idle and had a look underneath seems to be bit of water leaking out aswell.
will this be an easy fix or a trip to the garage? any ideas on what i can do ?

The rocker cover bolt snaping has been covered a few times mate do a search(not being funny)as for the white billowing smoke that could be leaking oil running down the exhaust either because the rocker cover isn`t sealing correctly or you`ve overfilled your oil.

if its oil going down your exhaust it will be slightly blue smoke not white. white smoke is caused by water evapourating in the exhaust same idea as a kettle. if the car has been sat for a while water may be sat in the backbox from ver small amount of rain going down the backbox just keep an eye on it pal if it carrys on doing it, check the coolant level if it is loosing coolant it is the water jackets on the headgasket leaking and your coolant going into the bores and been burnt of in the engine which produces white smoke. hope this helps josh

Let the engine run at full operating temperature (not just round the block) - its probably just built up some condensation and your not giving it chance to burn off. Drive to Halfords or somewhere to get some Redex, that should a) get rid of moisture in the fuel and b) give it chance to burn off and condensation in the engine and exhaust.
