ive fitted my piper 4" slash cut(rather tasty smileys/happy.gif )

but now the centre section near where the backbox and centre section join is hitting the torsion bar when i move off

its when i idle to as obviously the exhuast moves around but not its like "ding, ding, ding, ding"

i can hopefully shut it up by moving the backbox up so that the pipe is against the torsion bar and doesnt hit it, but ive been told itll melt the torsion bar! :S

any ideas on how to stop it hitting the torsion bar?
without lowering the backbox as its already low!

take it back to wherever you got your exhaust fitted or just an exhaust specialist and they will relocate the piping that is knocking. doubt it will cost alot not entirely sure though mate

Cut an old exhaust rubber and slot it round the torsion bar if it wont move where you want it to.

Bodge it and scarper !!!!

Or jus try twisting the section so it rasies over the torsion bar
