Hi all i joined the gym about a year ago been going on and of.. now gonna stick to it as of a holiday in september and i need to loose some weight lol.

I want to loose abit more fat and get the muscle showing more...

What would be best to eat... i've got my workout sorted already which is 10-12 reps of as heavy as i can do which i know is bulking as i've done it for a year. What should i eat to loose alot of weight quick. I've started ALOT of cardio recently as i've joined a new gym and they have alot of running biking rowing machines ect.. plus swimming.

So yeah what would be best for me to eat as a..

Breakfast:
Lunch:
Dinner:

Snacks:

Are you asking for a diet plan? Or what are the best foods to eat? Food is dependant on your lifestyle, shopping budget, times you can eat etc. Need more info really.

A diet plan really. Normally eat shit loads of junk and mc donalds.

Now started..

breakfast:weetibix
lunch:brown bread no butter skinless chicken and letis
dinner:what ever mum cooks haah

Correct me if im wrong but are u not like 7ft or there abouts and weigh about 16st? Is that seriously all you eat in a normal day?? I'm 6'2 and if I ate that I would be losing weight everyday!!

Also why are you asking for help.in one post you claim to have lost 65000lbs whilst bulking and tripling your bench press. Or something equally stupid. You should be teaching us what to do.

They might be crap threads in your mind but in his mind and some other people its a thread worth reading so if you think its a crap thread then dont view/post, simple as.

High protein, low fat, low sugar, low carbs

Lean meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, skimmed milk

Don't snack between meals just have protein shakes

He makes a good point though, Oxo claimed to bench shit loads, have lost loads of weight etc. Now he's saying he runs his body on shite, and not even nearly enough...

Simplest answer btw Oxo would be to either cut or bulk, don't try both. Make your mind up on what you want to do.

Also i did loose loads of weight from pics you could see this? Then i stopped for about a month or two coz of personal reasons. Now starting back up again so just wondering whats best to loose alot of weight and get alot of muscle quick. Where i lost alot of weight I have a little loose skin under my arm near my armpit so just wondering what i could do to loose that and tone it up. I don't see why everyone is trying to fight about my weight loss its really immature and pathetic. I'm happy how far i've came so thats all that matters but want to loose abit more for summer and up my muscle gain.

Any help is greatful Thanks.

Id say portion control is easiest and get 5-6 meals a day

Mike, try this, it was my old diet and routine plan back in 2009, it worked very well for the 8 months that I used it :y:

Routine
Monday – Back & Biceps
Tuesday – Abs
Wednesday – Football
Thursday – Chest and Triceps
Friday – Shoulders
Saturday - Legs
Sunday – Off

Diet
Monday – Friday
9am – 100g Chicken, 1 slice of Wholemeal Bread, 1 banana, Mayo and Salad in the Chicken Sandwich
11am – 100g Tuna & Mayo
1.30pm – 120g Chicken & Pasta
4pm – 120g Chicken & Pasta
6.30 GYM TILL 7.30
7.45pm – 80g White Rice, 100g Chicken, 2 Fried Eggs
9.30pm – Turkey or Chicken, something with Protein

Drinks
3 Litres of Water per day, minimum.


Its down to the individual though, it did help me out alot to bulk up the upper half of my body, and it did make my former gut look in proportion with my body.

by the sounds of loose BF% you seem to be building muscle ok, maybe time to start a cut... as some one mentioned high protien and loads of water, minimum carbs/fats.

tuna,pasta,rice,steak,chicken, wholemeal bread, oats, protien shakes.

half your list is carbs

his main thing is simple, he says he eats macdonalds, stop eating shite, start training, even if he eats semi clean, from going from macdonalds to semi healthy food, and 5 or 6 meals per day, it should be easy for him to drop.

problem is, his post asks for a quick fix, and it doesnt exist, ive tried a few so called quick fixes, and the only way is to control the diet, and train hard.

As I said guys, that was just for me to bulk up, which I did to a good extent. Shame Swine Flu got me bad that it stopped lol
