im 20 and weight like 9 stone 3 approx, ive always been skinny, i have some muscles nothing great, but i cant seam to put on weight, no matter how much i eat etc, not even a few pounds here and there, so im thinking of getting a weight gainer just unsure which to try out, im guessing i have a fast metabolism, ive always struggle to gain weight since a teenage, what would you suggest? would be nice to put on a few stone

For breakfast il have ready break before work or cornflakes, then breakfast at work, bacon egg,hash brown butty, dinner at work would be, beef stew or rump steak at pub, tea would be hunters chicken or pasta bake, sometimes steak or carvery at tea but would snacks in day, and milk shakes, I also drink alot of full fat milk

Just need to eat more... every 3 hours, until you are full. Depends on how big your portion sizes are as well like, but it doesn't sound like you get many carbs. Maybe try getting more carbs, i.e. more wholegrains or brown rice/bread/pasta etc.

im having the same problem, read my thread called "more or less weight" and i eat pretty much everything. might try that mutant mass when have some spare cash.
