Hmm now I'm looking at it, I see what you mean. Do I have a sag issue going on? Will take a closer look tomorrow in the daylight to see how to fix it.

Alloys will be on next months payday for sure :P

Haha it's not turbo'd lol, it's just a 1.4i. But in fairness I've been driving around a 1.4 AX for the last year so the kick of the Sax in 1st and 2nd was a pretty new experience for me. And is it me, or is this car impossible to stall? I was so prepared for all manner of stalling/finding the right clutch bite issues but have had none. Maybe I'm underestimating myself lol

Double post disaster again (can someone please tell me how to edit my own post, cos it just isn't happening for me! )

Actually mines like that aswell it wont stall. The other day i jacked the back of the car up and put it in first gear after i finished i go in the passenger side and turned the ignition and the car went flying forward about 2 metres before i could turn the ignition off surely it should of stalled?? i can also drive around car parks in second without putting any revs on! dont know if thats normal like.....

Cheers! I've found a pic on another random website of a west coast that looks exactly how I want mine to look. (I'm a girl btw, who'd have thunk it!)

So.... my soon to be made progress thread - which may take a year or two depending on funds/motivation/lifetime disasters - will consist of slightly darker tinted windows, lowering, alloys and de-badging. Don't wanna go too gary girl!

Hmm I'm starting to see some similarities here. Ok, I'm really not an expert on cars as I've only driven a few in my lifetime, but.... I noticed today at one point in 4th gear, with no gas and on a flat road the car practically drove on its own without my trigger happy right foot. Is this what an injected engine does? I'm used to choke cars, and to me it felt like I was driving with the choke out a bit. Is that normal? Lol sorry for sounding like an utter noob!

Yep that's the one. Found it on Autotrader and I got in there pretty quick lol. Too many lovely cars passed my way in the weeks I broke my rib and I wasn't gonna let that one go! :P

I thought that too, bumper doesn't line up & is part-colour coded whereas the rest is unmodified.

No worries, I prefer the honest feedback! Yes it did have a crash in the past where the interior wheel arch and bonnet where rumpled slightly. No chassis damage to write the car off, but now the bonnet is slightly misalinged. This can be easily fixed in the daylight lo along with the slightly saggy bumper! The previous owner had it fixed and drove it around for 4 years after so it's not a problem except for the slight misalignment.

And it's a West Coast, so all the colour coding and trims are standard except maybe the that tiny strip on the front valance - not sure if that's meant to be black or coded.

Yeah, it's meant to be black. Might want to check out the slam pannel too as the grill looks well off.
