Diesel Tuning

I am looking into it atm, THe car in question is a Audi A3 1.9tdi
Am looking to buy one, For reliability and Fuel been told that you can remap them, Add a dump valve with exhaust and induction and wont really effect the mpg.

Anyone know into tuning a diesel

I got a 2008 2.0tdi audi a3, at the minute its standard, 140 bhp, 240 lb, with a revo remap, she would expect to push 185 bhp 295 lb

fuel, atm i avergae 65/70 mpg, with a remap, it should still get 50mpg at least

Is it an early 90bhp lump in the A3??

Or a later PD motor??

Dump valves dont benefit diesel engines

A good remap can sometimes improve your fuel consumption aswell as power
