Just a word of warning the first car is a long way away which you know ive travelled 3 hours to look at a car before and it was shit and let me say i was fuming. I paid £700 for my t reg saxo vts with 7 Months mot and 2 months tax. 96000 miles in excellent condition with FSH. It was also standard so not messed about with. Why dont you look for one closer to home.

Thats a good point mate, that is a mk2 though and the insurance would be cheaper although I suppose very risky...

The second one is close to me, I think it looks a nice example?

Yes, the VTR with the VTS engine.

Well I made a short list on what i could sell at a decent price and including petrol there and back there just wasn't enough profit for it to be worth my time tbh.

If you have some money to make it mint after you buy it then go for it.

But don't be suprised that when you buy it it will break / fall apart due to the price tag :p

"Very fast car 130 bhp and pulls very very hard through all gears and stays with my mates 280 bhp scoob"

I don't see how even with it weighing less, it can keep up with a car that has 150bhp more lmao

Hmmm, I have a few hundred saved after buying it to fix it up with, but don't like the sound of it breaking anymore lol

Apparently he sold the GTi leaer from it so has no seats, thats what I mean its either a bargain that will cost a few quid to get fixed or a ropey shed :/
