im bulking at the moment

but when i cut to become toned
do i just stop protien shakes
im confused on what to do ?

When you cut the general thing to do is keep protein high and drop your carbs down, using protein shakes is convinient for this so you may aswell keep them in your diet, just go for a basis whey or similar though obviously not a protein & carbs

Protein should stay the same. Drop your carbs and fats down. Your two main carb meals should be breakfast and Post workout. Get whey-isolate if your feeling flush!!
