VTS coughing n spluttering

hey guys got a problem with my vts....

It coffs and splutters alot when i accelerate and on tick over it nearly cuts and and before it cuts out it revs bk up ?

anyone of know the cause of this problem? and how to fix it?

probably some sort of sensor is wrong! this used to happen on mine and found out it was the temperature sensor which costed me £185 inc fitting from citroen!! if it isnt the temp check all other sensors

Mines is starting to get a little worse at tickover
