having a little trouble... :(

i have spent all day wide mouthing, priming and spraying my new bumper i got this morning, after my little miss hap last nite when i mounted a curb with my front bumper and as i was backing off i snapped it :'(
is there a how to guide with pics on how to remove and fit a new bumper??
iv done a quick search but cant find anything...

its a piece of piss anyway, hardest parts are the arch liners and the bolt thats next to the washer bottle as you can't get a socket on it
