think you may find the whole range for that year are the same, fairly simple job to do with a manual,

pump could do with stripping and cleaning and replacing parts mate :y:

if that doesnt work a new pump is needed :)

power steering pump sounds like. did it come on and off for a bit before it broke??

my power steering stopped working about a year ago, would come on and off before it finally stopped all together. went to dealer and they said i needed a new ignition barrel sumit like £150! so had a think bout it and realised the switch is there to just make the circuit, so i shorted it by joining the wires before they reached the ignition! i know its bodge job but havent had a problem for over a year touch wood and saved 150 notes! prolly isnt the same problem as you but just thought id post incase it is. :)

Yeah i havent had this prolem myself but first check the fuses and the levels of fluid then alot of the time the problem boils down like your man above says to the ignition barrel. Very rarely is it the pump!!
