driving while on a mobile phone

is it illegal to drive whilst talking on a mobile phone BUT with the passenger holding it up by your ear and both of your hands on the steering wheel lol i mean it technically is 'hands free' if you dont touch it at all

Its now a worse offence to drive while on the phone than having bald tires WTF

Its only the same as talking to you're passengers, and am sorry my kids are more of a distraction why don't they carry a 6 point penalty?
