Theyve fucked this game up. Fifa 09 clubs were fantastic, but since they introduced the virtual pro shit, you need to either get a team of 6 or so mates to have a decent game or youre playing with a squad of generic fucking idiots who cant turn, sprint, or pass. Plus you need to spend hours upon hours playing to get accomplishments so your guy isnt a total fuckbag.
