Errrrrrrmmmm... no
I crashed my car 4 weeks ago yesterday (thursday 21st August)... they took a week to come and pick it up off my driveway (thursday 28th August)... I finally got a phone call from the assessor blokey (Tuesday 2nd September), gave him the number for Mark @ D+M and he said that he would order the bumper and send the cheque... Got phone call to say that they hadn't received the bumper yet (Monday 8th September), I called Mark to see why, he said that he hadn't received the cheque, called the garage back and they said "no, we're not sending the cheque untill be get the bumper and invoice", I went mad... phoned garage everyday since... got phone call to say that the manager had finally sent the cheque off (Thurday 11th September 4:30pm)... Bumper arrived (Tuesday 16th september), got told that they would get straight on with it... Got call yesterday to say that they AREN'T gonna put that bumper on my car cause it didn't have any brackets, they are repairing the original D+M bumper and putting that back on my car... just phoned to find out how its coming along and every fucker was on a break or nowhere to be seen.
In all of this I have made about 40 phone calls to the garage just to be told that someone will get back to me... they don't so I end up phoning them back!
I have called the insurance company and put in a complaint about their so-calle Approved Garage full of Incompetent Monkey CUNTS!!
