Take them everyday for work ! Got a physical job and its nights.
Give you a massive energy boost and keeps you awake.
Also makes you not want to eat anything.
Sweat you B*llocks off though.
Some are better than others, after a while you have to take more to get the same buzz.
you cant sleep on them.

Yes. Very good for burning the 'stored' fat. Any ECA or Clenbuterol will do this. Read an article on it somewhere which explained it well. Ill have a hunt.
And fact is the work is just as hard, even harder in fact as you will be sweating like rick waller in a rave. Energy boost is handy as Im guessing your carbs will be low?

I have been trying to bulk for a while but i am also gaining fat as well (Clean bulk is not going well) could i take something like this at the same time or would it just defeat the object? Would like some more definition badly lol

Im in the same boat as JamesR, i bulked over the winter period. It worked but i also gained alot of shit fat around my belly area (not a clean bulk).
When / if i take them i shall be on a cutting diet, also doing cardio so these tablets will be to give me that ripped look ready for my holidays this year :D

Just enjoy your food and tell people youve got your bulking belly. Then when the cut comes eat clean, taper your carbs/fats down and then when you feel your energy going start on ECAs. Dont use them on a bulk!

They arnt magic beans like, its not the tablets that will get you ripped, but the graft you put in! Too many times I get people asking how to put on weight or lose fat by taking magic suppliments. I just laugh now but it can be annoying.
But they do help ;) Holiday planned? Ive got Ibiza end of July. Cut starts next month!

i took them when iwas into bodybuilding and had a busy job, turned out there was a little extra mixed with the ones i got, i used them for 3 mounths and had a break down, turned out they was mixed with something a little stronger, my nervs were fuked after, people can take the piss but id advise against

3 months? That not seem a little much? What were they called? Normally cycled 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

If you lose 30g of protein through your carbs, add 30g. Simple as that.
Well Ive never tried T5s. Just ECA's which are just a weaker version. (30g eph instead of 60g per tab)
Normally get 60 in a tub, 2 a day, one as you wake, one before the gym. Thats a months supply. So thats 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on. Then if you stilll havnt reached your goals you have two weeks to buy more :y:

If I use T5's I fucking pay for it, I train myself that bit harder and it don't half fuck me up.. I am sweaty mess with a pulse that feels like it's gonna burst your arteries...
Lasy people who use them see little results, they may suppress appetite but that is all... there not exactly a magic pill...
I would definately go for t5's mate, best I have used..
ECA stacks come close depending on which you find easier to get hold of..
fortunately for me I can get hold of most things as I live in a dodge area haha... (has its bonuses)
To the guy who uses them for work, I would personally come off them for a while and then start cycling that way they will maintain some sort of effect...
I personally cycle mine like dusher said, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, sometimes 3 depending on how I respond to them..
I also drink about 5 cups of green tea a day and about 7 litres of water, I also see better results when drinking shed loads of both of those

I just drink that twinnings stuff from general supermarkets mate :y: not the best tasting stuff really but its healthy and does seem to help!!
On my first eca stack mate on a 2/3 week cycle of 60 caps i lost over a stone with hard training but my diet lacked food a little as my appetite went shit...
Im starting my t5 cycle tonight when I get them off my mate :y: but its coupled with my ckd diet so I will melt fat like butter :y:

If I was you I would try a CKD ketosis or a extremely low carb diet, with a carb load on a sunday.
Weights, 3-day split monday, weds and sat. With cardio 5/6 days a week in the morning. I do 2mile jogs with sprint intervals.
Just finished my cut. Went from 20%body fat to 5%

What are the side effects?
The only thing that i can comment back on is that they can make you a little hyper in the evening / bedtime. Meaning more difficult to sleep...the first night i had one i went to bed at 11pm and didnt get to sleep till 2am :oops:
I find it funny...the girlfriend doesnt :cool:
