on my local cruise website they have an respected and disgraced sections
within these sections you can let people know of your experience you may have had with company's!!
for example i might have got a spray jod and thought everything about it was really good from the customer service to that actual spay job so i could place a post within the respected section so anyone looking to get a spray job done would see what peoples experiences have been in the past
just an idea..... works well in the local site
