heat up the arms where the torsion bar is held in and it should fly out with a couple of taps or use the socket and bolt method

If you have another hardened steel bar similar diameter to the torsion bars get someone to hold this on one end of torsion bar and hit with sledge. I havnt had one that this method hasn't moved yet!

Heat the oppsite end u are hitting ang just use a long solid bar and get one of your mates to hold it and just hit it with a sledge hammer a few times and they fly out hope this helps
