vtr turbo issues

hi recently brought a 2001 vtr turbo..knowing there was a few things i had to do to the engine....the turbo kit seems to be from ci tuing, including the 5th injector, mf2 controller and water injection, pace intercoller, oil cooler,. but the previous owen had decided to disconnected the mf2 controller,5th injector and water injection, due to having running problems apparently, and the car is now running on a fuel presure regulator instead.

. The car seems to breath heavy from the oil breather and chucks out alot of oil and what looks like smoke, what could this be?

. I prosume he has done the wrong thing by disconecting the mf2 and 5th injector?

Sounds like rings shot? Get a wet and dry compression test done

yea i have been told it was for sale on here with personial plate J2AXO. other than the rings being shots....how do i go about the mf2 controller and 5th injector? where do i take it?
