Ive been using autoglym vinyl/plastic care i think it's called.
Takes it back to how it was when new, not gloss, lovely matt finish.
Not sticky either.

Is that the stuff for the exterior trim?
I bought the gel stuff for exterior trim a while back but found it made my old trim greasy and didnt last very long before fading?

It's a green gel type stuff. Not sure exactly i'll have a look when i get home.
I did my dashboard and the door trims and they look like new and no more annoying reflestions on the windscreen!
It didnt work well on my bumpers though i believe its more of a return to standard type cleaner, all my scratches on the bumpers showed up :(

I've been using this Gibbo

Leaves a nice satin finish which isn't greasy. Aslong as you give it a stiff buff after applying it, it should last a while and leave a matte finish. You can add another layer to give a gloss finish aswell if you wanted.

Give it a good clean with either some APC on a cloth or IPA if you can get hold of it, to remove all the grease and oils on the plastic.
Then apply the PoorBoys NLD, leave to soak for 10 minutes or so and buff quite hard to leave a nice satin finish :)

Haha, APC - All Purpose Cleaner, you can get dedicated detailing APC but you can also get Tesco Daisy APC for like 29p which is just as good imo.
IPA - Iso Propynol Alcohol, basically just an alcohol based cleaner which will remove 99% of stuff from surfaces, leaving a clean and product/grease free surface to help the new products adhere to the surface. You can get this from Pharmacies, Computer shops and online.
Tbh, I'd just get some Tesco Daisy APC, give the plastic a clean with it to remove all the crap and grease that's on there.

Yep, that's APC !
It will clean the surfaces just fine, but won't dress them after they've been cleaned.
