how much am i looking to pay for tiger seal and also is it actually called tigerseal????? its for my spoiler

i got mine form wilco.. 12 quid or something i think! and yeah called tigerseal.. has a pic of a tiger on the front :)

im not to sure on where you would put it tbh.. im sure someone will post soon who knows! i used it with the pastic trim clips to hold my vt kit on! lol

i paid £13 quid for mine on ebay and tbh didnt rate it, it didnt work right and when on hot days you could pull it of so ended up drilling through the tailgate to fit the MK1 VTS spoiler :p

to drill the mk2 it lines up with the window so how do i do that :S

At the risk of destroying your back window,it would be better to bond it with Tigerseal,you apply it on all the surfaces that your spoiler is in contact with then tape it in place overnight.:y:

i dont use tiger seal i just use any polyurethane sealer.

Got mine for about £7 posted from Ebay.
Did a complete VT kit with it and still got some spare.

a mk2 spoiler goes on the glass window at the top,
mk1 vts spoiler what i had goes on the top of the tail gate and you drill through,
yeah tiger seal will hold your spoiler chap, but it didnt hold my vts spoiler on top of the boot lid! :y:

I used tigerseal on mine, just line it up beforehand without the stuff on make sure it looks good then clean the area well and go for it, theres a few (not the best) pics in my progress thread if your intrested VV

your going on like some bad man at no point did i say it was a mk1 never fitted one before hence why i said the mk2 lines up on the window hence why i said how do i do that????

i think u have misread mate lol i wasnt having a pop i was just asking how i do it as how do i do it without breaking the window

well fair enough kidda, i take back the lil rant i gave you pal,
i fitted an old vts spoiler that sitted ontop of the tail gate, so wasnt the same one as what your trying to do, all the best tho mate :)
