i want to change the wheel archs on my 1.1
how easy is this to do?
wheres the best place to buy the archs from?

ebay matey, you may have to get bits seperately to get the whole kit. ul need front and back bumpers and side skirts if you want them to match and sit flush. get kit for around 150 normally.
if you need kit sprayed its about 200 plus i think dont quote me on that may be more! and about 400 to get fitted at bodyshop as they need to drill holes in back of car apparently.
some people have just 'tiger sealed' the arches on though and it supposedly works!

the rear arch will need to be cut.
If you compare a flat arched saxo against a VT* saxo the rear arch sits lower hence the need to slice away at it. I understand its a pretty expensive job like

Just to add...
The front is relatively easy to change (as it's just a case of replacing the panels with the VT* versions - give or take a few mounting points).
The but the rear requires some large consideration and preparation. Contact Willsy1986 he had a flat saxo and put the VT* body panels on his :wink:
