If you google 'bucket seat' there will be hundreds of hits. I strongly reccomend sitting in them before you buy them though as what fits one person won't allways fit you and many of the cheap/budget ones are unforgivably uncomfortable no matter what shape you are.

Even the OMP seats (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/manufacturers/omp/omp-seats.html) with head protection are pretty good and dont block the side view too much. I have an OMP HTE fibreglass seat (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/manufacturers/omp/omp-seats/omp-hte-fibreglass-seat.html) in my Peugeot 205 and its rather nice. I have mine custom bolted to the floor to get it really low! I personally avoid the ones with big wings..

My advise would be to go to the nearest demon tweeks try every seat they have, find one you like then buy it elsewhere cheaper ;)
