Ok, have just recieved it today through the post but have some questions:

Am I missing something on the top as show by the red arrow?
Also, the lance itself is very fiddly to put on the bottle due to poor fitment- Im sure its cross threading everytime I screw it off or put it on. Is this supposed to happen?
And is the kew/alto adaptor supposed to come off? It looks and feels as if its bloody glued on!
Not a good start tbh.

Your missing the top bit.
The bottles do cross thread but you just got to put it on properly then undo it put it back on undo it put it back on etc.. then it will bed in a bit better :)
Tbh the bottles are shite, but it doesnt need to seal so it wont not work if you have cross threaded it

any company that only accept "gifts" via paypal is not worth trading with in my opinion.

Have you ever ordered from AB before ?
If they're not worth trading with, then your missing out big time !
They are one of the best detailing companies I've dealt with.

Autobrite will only accept pay via gift on promotional group buys as mentioned in detailingworld so paying by gifts isnt the problem. Anyway Ive posted on the autobrite section in DW - hopefully get it sorted soon.
