Pull the back box up to it as tight as you can, run it like that for a month/1000 miles so it melts lovly into the bumper. Then remove the exhaust and clean up the edge with sandpaper/wetNdry to be left with a perfect shape :y:

What backbox is it? Ive never come accross or heard of any backbox that wont sit properly without abit of juggling about or effort.

Bend the brackets on the backbox, use jubalee clips and cable ties to pull it to how you want.

May sound stupid but do the brackets have to sit all the way in the rubber mounts? or can they sit in half way or so?

Its criminal to cut bumpers, there is always a way to avoid it. I just use Tie wraps, they ALWAYS work seens how they are adjustable. Are you sure you havn't put a 106 exhaust on a saxo? They defiantly don't fit properly

Couple of jubilee clips will allways get it sitting perfect.
