It's something I've raised before. It wasn't a criticism. It was merely a point of habit.

A while back, I asked which members used to scroll down to view their post/reply/thread after creating it? A lot said they did. On Web Viz, members therefore had to scroll down after replying.

Now with vB (as well as IPB), after making a reply, it automatically takes you to view your post without the need of having to scroll down (if you see what I mean). So much better :cool:

The forum was very tightly integrated with the whole Web site, making changes a complex task. The Web Wiz forum was quite old and difficult to update, but it performed it's task well under the pressure (who would have guessed that Saxperience would grow so fast).

Now that we've switched to vBulletin (switching server/software/database at the same time), the forum is even more intimately integrated with the Web site, however we are now in a much better position to upgrade as newer versions are released (and we are also adding our own improvements).

Things will really fall into place once v4 is finalised, and this will hopefully be the platform that takes Saxperience to the next level.

There are many new features on the way soon, watch this space. :wink:
