This will never work.. If people need petrol to get to work, they will go for it rather than take the day off...

If people dont fuel up that day, they will all have to fuel up the next anyway.. So no matter what, it will even out.

Errrr, what the fuck are they hoping to achieve?

If you don't buy fuel on April the first then you'll need to buy it before or after. So April the first will see a mildly reduction in the amount of people filling up, however the rest of the week should be a touch higher.

I bet the fuel industry are shitting themselves

Doesn't it give you a warm feeling knowing that at least 250,000 are much, much less intelligent than your good self?

All ideas are stupid and will never work. Due to the fact people of the uk just get on with things. I cant see people taking a day out of work to say go block up some of the big motorways etc. Aint gunna happen!
