I ordered some chocolate Protein shake while ago but it came unflavoured and i can't stand the taste of it especially with the creatine mixed in so i was wondering is chocolate milk ok or is that not a good idea.
Thanks

Tell MP it came unflavoured. If you paid for flavoured Im sure they will at least send you out their flavouring drops. Chocolate milk doesnt sound like a good idea imo.

The unflavoured only tastes disgusting because you've mixed the creatine in with it. If you have your shake with milk, it just tastes of milk. You should take your creatine with grapefruit juice, the glucose will transfer the creatine more effectively ;)

What do yous use to make it less lumpy?
I tried a MP Max shaker bottle but that did bugger all. Then a smoothie maker with added ice cubes made it too thick. :n:
