Delete music off iPhone

How do I delete the music off my iPhone I've got a nano and using that more that phone also running out of memory for apps wanting all music off.

you can only do it through itunes as far as i know

un-tick the songs you dont want then sync mate:)

EDIT: sorry now read that properly.. un-tick all songs... sync your phone.. check they are removed of iphone.. tick them all again.. and sync ipod :)
