i have a problem with my xbox live account, i have forgotten the password for my hotmail account and as a result cant make any changes to my live stuff. Plus my back up email was a lycos one, which no longer exists.
is there any way to sort this out do you think?

Calling them is your beat bet dude. Their support is pretty good.

Go onto hotmail.com and use the recovery process mate.
