Another Problem - Sounds Bad

I have a problem at the minute with running water (think the radiator is knackered or needs flushing/bleeding), But today something even worse started to happen , whenever i go above 2500 , 3000 revs the engine seems to let out an high pitched/ sort of squeling noise. this sound quite bad, does anyone know what this is.
