does this look like the correct thing that would perhaps clear up my misfiring problem?

I'd check with Euro Car Parts or even Citroen before ordering it mate. I had a similar problem with my alternator. I was under the impression (by giving them my number plate) there was only one but it turned out there were two or three different types.
My girlfriend's car is juddering at low revs, etc... and we've put it down to a faulty coil pack. It's going in on the weekend to make sure that is the problem. Depending on where you go, they can be expensive. I think I remember hearing a new one from a parts company is around £100. Just think how much extra a dealer would charge for one.

Oh right. So you've actually had yours connected to the diagnostics. My girlfriend is having that done on Friday. It's probably a process of elimination. Spark plugs arent that expensive. When was the last time you had them changed (i.e. when was your last service)?

My old VTR had a similar problem, idled very badly constantly jumping revs. Sometimes cut out at the lights. I got a brand new coil pack from Citroen for £75 and fixed it right away!

i had this problem too! kept cutting out when i slowed down! even doing 5 - 10mph it done it! had to keep revving my engine at lights! got many funny looks haha! had a diagnostic and they did think it was the coil pack at first it was spark plugs in the end though.
