mot guidelines to follow

as i used to be an mot tester i ahd to follow certain guidelines to pass a vehicle, the guidelines were set and there was no compromisation, so before u mod ur car u need to check it will be ok mot time, anyway here is a copy of the guide lines i had to follow when i was doing an mot:
