Ok here's my problem. Before Christmas I had cut out all sweet stuff, was eating fruit etc and had shifted some of my belly. Then Christmas came and I ate like a pig and haven't stopped since! I have now booked up to go on holiday on 14 March and want to shift as much fat as I can.
I go to the gym 3 times a week to do weights. I have now started a bit of cardio after these and am hoping to start running the days I'm not at the gym. However, I can't get this diet thing down as I can't walk past a sweet machine without giving in to it and at my work we have nowhere to prepare food so I'm having a big meal from the canteen. Any suggestions on what I can be eating for lunch that doesn't need much prep and that would be good for losing fat? Also any tips on how to say no to the sweets would be good lol!

Seriously though, my sweet tooth is satisfied with natural peanut butter on a rice cake. But if your not inspired enough by looking in the mirror it wont happen for you. Have your chocolate etc on the weekends! Then it feels extra special trust me!
Only thing I can say is, shouldnt you already be on holiday? :S

I have not eaten chocolate or crisps for about a year haha. I dont drink fizzy pop, i see them as just pure sugar.

you need serious 'will power' help mate...
You did it before so you can do it again, you need to try re-motivate yourself somehow, do you really want to be on the beach looking like a blob?
Get back on it mate, I always get even more motivated when I spend money on supps... cause if your not strict to your diet/training then you may aswell through the money in the bin!!
So buy some supps imo and then this should help :y:

Ok todays up date, I have been good! No sweets etc, no big meal at lunch and then an attempt at a two mile run tonight. I am seriously out of shape! But will keep trying. Should never have given up at xmas!

I'm in the same position, i just love my food too much ;/
The choice between an apple and a huge packet of doritos is just impossible, and i really would live off McDonalds and KFC and Burger King and SubWay if they weren't just utter shite, also binge drinking pretty much very weekend as well. You're not the only one mate

Mind you am far from fat, but my body hates me for all the crap I feed it :(
