just noticed this on there website...

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/categorydisplay_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_cate goryId_165713_langId_-1

there pricing has fucked up.

most items are £0.00 if you add it to the basket it puts the price, but, if you print it off, and also, this page

http://www.onlineshoppingrights.co.uk/misleading-advertising-and-online-shopping.html

then you take it to the store, you can walk away with a free one

quote the FSA law, and tell them that you will be reporting them as it is a criminal offense.

merry xmas!

its all about taking down the major corps!

+1 back for the people!

The problem you will find is that they will just refuse to sell it to you, happened a while back on amazon, had a load of xbox 360's really cheap, just refunded everyone who bought one and said it was a mistake,

They will say its a website mistake and have something in writing to show you that its a mistake and they don't have to sell you it at that price

welcome to the world of marketing: "accidentally" put up wrong prices, get folk onto the website, and theyre more likely to go back. Currys do it all the time.

If an item is priced wrongly any retailer has the right to refuse the sale, they aren't obliged to sell it to you no matter how much you quote FSA law...

If you push the issue all they NEED to do is withdraw it from
Sale for 24hours.

Thats on the webiste They have a legal binding to remove, cancel or refund any order providing the customer has not received it. so you can take that into the store they wont sell you it because they have not enetered a contact with the customer therefore nothign you can do. It not ilegal and it not misleading its a mistake.

LOL it does not work like that. Read halfords t&c If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly.

Amazon / Zavvi / Tesco entertainment always do this, the best thing you can do is purchase loads of the obvious fuck ups and they often cancel your order but they give you a voucher, which is better than nothing.
