Brake less ?
A wheel sealant applied after you've thoroughly cleaned your wheels will make them easier to clean in the future.

Then just clean as usual with Bilberry or another acid-free wheel cleaner or even normal shampoo.

GTechniq C5 is probably the best wheel sealant on the market, can last up to 12 months if done properly.
