Just wondering why you guys aim for cetain weights. When I first started training I always wanted to be 12st for some reason, after training for a few months I quite like how I look and Im just over 10st.

Just wndering why you want to be a certain weight? surely if you look in the mirrior and think you look good thats enough no matter what weight you are.

230lbs, fairly lean if possible. I'm about 205lbs now lol

I wanted to get to 18stone last year and got too 105kg's at peak quite easy but i looked like a powerlifter with the belly and double chin and didnt like it so ran it off..

Im now down to 98.4k as of this morning and am quite happy im actully stronger than i was at 105kg but a lot leaner. Im happy to just stay where i am tbh and just get stronger :y:

One lad at my gym was europien powerlifting champ at 105 kg with a deadlift of 337kg.. Its defently nice to have lads around you knowing there stuff :A:

Im too new to the game to know where I want to be. Started at 11 stone 10, now 13 stone 8. I imagine mid 14 stone will be where I want to be.

Im looking to be lean but dont like feeling too light!

Started at about, 11.6 now 12.8. Floating around 15-16% bf

Want to drop down to at least 12% bf

12.5 would do me, hovering around 11 stone at the minute and seem to have reached a plateau

Currently 73 kg with 12% body fat, aiming for 85kg with around 10% body fat.

Few years ago I was around 15/16 stone 12% bf.
Year later I did nothing lost interest and motivation so gained alot of fat and lost muscle.

Last year was getting back into shape for a long dedicated cut. Started the cut in October at 15 stone, 20% bf.

Finished the cut last week at 11.11 stone, 5/6% bf.

Wanna get to 15/16 stone again but at 7/8% bf whilst keeping my agility.

200lb with a bf of a max 10%

That id be happy with! But cant for the love of fucking god, get ovr 11st even when im taking on 3.5-4k calories a day!
I will be aiming to start taking on atleast 4k calories a day
Over 5 meals a day. If i can make 1kcal for every meal, ill be happy! Aslong as my training works well with it, i burn cals quicker than i currently take them on, its a fuckjng joke!

Bulk till christmas and then cut to summer!

I started my 'diet' in like October.. After a week being on it, i was 14.7 stone (id put on weight when i was off work)

Now currently at 12.7 stone, bordering on 12.6 stone

At work i drive machines so have no time for exercise, although i do a bit of weights on a multigym thats it

And my diet really isn't good at all but it's working..

At about 5.50am i have a small bowl of Special K cereal with some 1% fat milk

Then at 10am, 1pm and 4pm i have one Go Ahead bar (3 slices for each tea break, 165 cals total for each break) Some days i will open another bar up and have one bit between each tea break, just if i start to feel a bit hungry it bides the hunger.

Also drinking just water, have a glass of water before work, 1 litre of water at work, and then a pint of water with Ribena after work

Then when i get home at 8pm i have my dinner which varies, could be a roast dinner, spaghetti bolognese, stir fry, salad, pasta, stew etc. Usually a medium sized serving as i don't wanna over-eat

Not got a clue of my bodyfat but i am 5' 8.5 and 12.6 stone, well built but still too much bodyfat i need to shift. Haven't got a target weight, just whenever im happy with the look, i'd say probably under 12 stone with the cut and then i'll be happy

When I first started I was around 9st 7ibs I'd say, my target was 12st, hovering around 12st 5 now with fairly low bf no idea of the % can see 4 upper abs mostly, now my target is 14st 7ish hoping to keep BF fairly low but just want to pack on size!

I weigh in at 14 stone atm but can not see my abs :oops:

My plan atm is to loose my body fat (get my abs showing) then start over as my bulking diet wasn't very clean :p

242lbs, not concerned about weight but want to loose 3" off waist & stick 2" on legs(not fat, muscle;) ).

Back upto this weight after 1.5 years, had 3yr lay off after being seriously into lifting & at 260lbs. Im back to same strength but with 3" smaller waist & better chest & traps(previous weak point)
