Very under-estimated cars.

Timing belt renewal seems to be the biggest downside.IIRC its an engine out job so make sure its been done.

I love the look of them and would have 1,but the gf isn't as keen.

I would stay away from anything other than a brand new fiat...cheap Italian cars are worse than French especially for rust

Good looking, very unreliable cars, stick with 406.

i would own one any day over a 406 coupe.. The 20v turbo is very fast, parents had one before there cupra, but the turbo went so they sold it.. Great cars get one, i hate owning the same car after the previous

Wouldn't own one my self but spoke to a ex fiat tech while back and he said the only downside as Nik says is the belts..

Don't the engines differ as the cars got newer?

the first ones where 2.0 16v with/out Turbo
and later 2.0 20v with/out Turbo
