Sizes buddy just just measure from one end to the other with a tape measure...., I cant get you the sizes because mine has been carpeted so i cannot give you the size before the carpet was added. Seriousley it isent hard, measure it up and take a trip to b and q, ask them to cut it as the sizes you want. If it's to small just put extra layers of carpet on it... It will eventually lodge in pretty tight.

Ill get you a pic in 5 seconds.

What curvy bit are you talking about? at the back of the car?

I did mine with 2 bit's of MDF buddy, i made one for the back bit and one for the front. If you cut it at the right point the wood will just slot into the 'corner' because if you look carefully it isent actually a curve it's just a straight bend.

Edit : If you do it like i did it you will notice at the very back of the car there is a curve, see the 3rd picture, I made a piece of wood and sanded it down so it fitted in the gap, capeted over it and slotted it in. Over the next week im going to be joining all 3 bit's of wood by carpeting over them all at once. I rushed it a bit.

Your best bet is to rip the car down to its bare insides, take the sound proof etc out and measure your 2 bit's of wood.

But hazza, i would be careful about what your doing to be honest... If you take the sound proof out you will hear the zaust rattling and hear any stones that hit he underneath of the car. When i go to carpet all mine toghether over the next week etc im putting my sound proofing back in...

I gather you dont care about the weight of the back seats being out because you wouldent be MDF'ing it all off :P

Well that's your choice isent it, But youv'e ripped the old interior out now so if you have to sell the price is going to seriousley drop...., That's just a wee bit of advice. Couldent you of kept the back seats in with the bucket seats? My mate did it in his 1.1 and it got through MOT's etc fine... Im just wandering why you have taken them out? got a massive install planned etc?
