What is the best/easiest way to measure you body fat percentage?

Your eyes :P if you can see your abs your around the 10% or lower Mark, or if I want a more accurate idea I get my gym to use their magical bmi machine

There is a calclation, but i dont know it lol...

I just use the bf machine at the gym. Score!

i'll have to ask if there is one at the gym tonight! but i can see the top half of my abs so im guessing probably around 10%

get a fat caliper. you measure the top of your thighs, waist and back of your tripceps. amazon sell them for about £6. hope this helps

You have to see the entire 6 pack for it to be around 10%

i have used them once or twice, not like the above post. as previously stated, you need to be below 10% to have all visible!

You don't have to be below 10% to have all visible.. every body is different. I'm a personal trainer, 12% body fat and everything is visible.

Also depends on how much bulk your abs have (muscle mass) which is why you need to train them, water levels, etc..

I've seen people with 15% body fat and their abs are completely visible.

Back on topic..

- Calipers or body stat machine at the gym will give you body fat.

You could also try this..
