didnt bother me at fisrt but now it is gettin on my nerves.

I find the difference is the distance between the pedals and steering wheel. Im only 5'6" but in a Micra my knees were up behind the steering wheel. If I put the seat back i was stretching to reach the wheel! :(

I then tried a Civic and found the steering wheel was close to my chest and it looked like I needed some child seat to boost me higher than eye level over it to see out the front.

With a Saxo everything was juuuuuuust right :D So out came the cheque book and I was happy ever after

i have size 11 feet and am 6"1 and i have no problems... if u remove the carpet.. you get a bit more space round the pedals.. i have never found them to be too close... even when driving in steel toecap cat boots... lol

I'm 6"2 and have size 11 feet. But i'm fine. I have to have the seat right back and my knees knock the steering wheel but I don't care.

But at least I look the legal age to drive because i'm not tiny!

the polo has this daft piece of casing above the pedals so u cant put the ball of your foot on the pedal without catchin ya foot on it...........really annoyin

I'm 6ft 4 , size 11 and I'm not going to pretend there lots of space but its comfortable enough.

The pedals are shit and the seats dont adjust that well but I dont have to open the sun roof to get or any other stupid shit people suggest.

i'm 6ft 3 with size 11 feet and i drive my saxo to work and back everyday with steel toecap boots on and never have any problem with the pedals,once you've driven the car for a few hours you get used to them

I thought i was quie tall, but compared to the most of you lot, i feel small.

I used to be 6ft 2" (no footwear), but iam 6ft (no footwear) dead on now, god knows where the extra 2" went, fools me aswell.

I have to wear trainers to be able to drive my car properly, tried driving in boots but i'd prefer not to.

Have size 11 feet aswell.

I know this isn't really relevant, but i'm 4'11" with size 2 feet, i have to put the seat as far forward as it will go to be able to just reach the pedals, my other halfs only 5'8" with size 10's & he has extreem issues, so i get where ur coming from!

lol your in the same boat as my girlfriend except she's a little taller than you, she struggles to reach the pedals in my saxo because my bucket seats dont go as far forward as the standard ones and she has the seat in her quicky as far forward as it'll go
