I cant beleive im posting in this section, This really isnt me.
Anyway, Over the last six months ive notice ive gained a bit more shape, havent been training at all just doing a bit more lifting than usual in work. All of a sudden ive got abs coming along, Is there anything i can do in the home to build a bit more apart from the usual sit ups etc. I'm not going to be going to the gym so thats not an option.

LOADS! you just need some floor space really. And maybe something heavyish.

I generally include sit ups, crunchs and leg raises. But vary each one of these a few times in your workout. Different angles etc. If things get a bit easy, hold something fairly weighty behind your head. Or strap to your ankles if your doing leg raises. Then just remember your breathing, important part of an ab workout. Breath out and tense your abs on the positive.

Just google ab exercises. I normally do one big superset (no rest between exercises) with around 6 exercises, 15 reps on each.

cant remember whats its called..... but the best thing ever for abs, is where you lie on your back, hands up on sides of head.... so elbows point out sideways, and start by pretending to peddle a bike......as your left knee comes up, you should twist your body so your right elbow touches our left knee, and vice versa in a a constant fluid like motion..... if that makes any sense to anyone :y:

do it for as long as you can each set

I've put that in new routine on abs days ands its fucking killer! Can really feel the burn.

Just go on bodybuilding.com > exercises > abdominals and theres loads to choose from with a small video showing you how to peform each one.

I currently do :

Crunches 3x25
Tuck Crunches 3X25
Alternate Side Crunches 3x10 (each side)
Air Bike 3x10 (each side)
Hip Raises 3x25
Leg Raises 3x25
