people said that 40mm is the most you can go on just springs!
well i thought hell with it, and i went down 60mm on just springs and its prefectly fine :)
on the track it could handle as well as all others, and i proved that but keeping up with them in the corners :Y:
the ride is fairly hard, but what would you expect from that sort of drop anyways...plus it look awesome

anymore than that and they will just fall out??
:fcuk: Sorry that made me giggle
I've got mine down 60mm on standard shocks. I know I'll have to replace them soon but I didn't see the point paying for new ones when it didn't need them. The car has been lowered a year in July and it's still on standard shocks

lowerin ur car on just springs will give a stiffer ride that springs an shocks. but u can lower it no prob on just springs. but i've heard that if u lower a saxo more than 45ish it can cause problems wit ur bearings and other things as ur driveshafts point upward if lowered 2 much.

i was down 40mm and fine and ma mate was 60mm and that was fine, they just recomend that anymore than a 40mm drop to get shocks aswell coz it puts to much strain on standards.
