the guy that built it used a cheap ebay turbo that doesn't boost, nothing to compensate for the fueling and claimed it to be 200bhp. It's now broken. I don't think anymore needs to be said...
*edit, the fact the car can run a standard clutch without slipping proved enough that it wasn't producing any amount of power especially not 200bhp. I'd be VERY suprised if it dyno'd above 160bhp.

its a bit annoying for me really, there are so many badly bodged turbo conversions on 106's and saxo's making sweet fa power that when someone like myself comes to sell a properly boosted one with proper management and mapped by a proffesional it makes it difficult to sell because people are too suspicious of them.

so its still listed as a vtr, not a vts.
does it still have the kent cams in it with the turbo? i thought you were suppose to have different or standard cams?

reason for sale being that I bought the car only last weekend
The fact it says that would put me off straight away.

If that's a VTS, then where's the passenger airbag + electric mirrors?

Nah some guys to run different cams as long as they're not hugely wild, big valve overlap is the no no (infect really any) with boost as blow by isn't great.

16v'd VTR:
Another point to add is that the car is originally a VTR with a VTS conversion therefore it would be up to the new owner to declare this as it's still a VTR on the v5.

To be fair I bet I could fix that for under £500, I'd just swap the block. If I went and viewed it I could haggle the guy down on price, £1500. A VTS turbo for £2000 aint too bad if you ask me.

thats my old car :( i sold it last year due to buying a house and it wad in mint condition , then it changed hands a couple of times and ended up getting ruined IMO , the turbo conversion wasnt done by me and TBH it looks to be a shitty job , no mension of mangment on list etc either . pains me to see a car i built from standard get F.U.B.A.R'D

i don't think you guys aren't getting it!! its on a t3/t4 hybrid chinese ebay turbo. Even on management it will still be crap. the only things on that car that are of any use to a turbo conversion will be the sump return, boost piping and intercooler.
