Basically, I'm on a high protein diet and whenever I go on these diets I find it difficult to go #2!

I was looking at Fibre Supplements but wanted to see if anyone in here had any methods etc?

Cheers,
Craig

Eat lots of apples = plenty of fibre.

Apples cause insulin spikes which makes your body retain fat for storage.

Fibre :y:

Yay we've got a clinger on. I'm pretty sure he knows what kind of foods contain fibre, but if he's on a high protein diet I'm guessing he's avoiding carbs otherwise he'd just eat stuff like oats/wheats. I'm guessing baked beans are gonna be absolutely no good for him.

Well now you know to suggest broccoli in the future cos those veggies have very few carbs, but broccoli is decent enough in fibre you see.

I eat plenty of fruit and veg everyday, but i still put 5g or so of this in most of my shakes.
