Covered so many times, but basically they don't provide any useful sucking ability, anything they do provide is lost in turbulance. Buy a green or a BMC instead and use the money saved to buy me a pint for saving you 200quid and getting you more power ;)

As david says its been covered so many times they physically cannot work off of the 12v supply, even if you could provide the power to it the crappy plastic fan would explode
