hi im on an average diet and go to gym regular, day on day off,
trying to bulk up and improve muscle mass/size
i chest press, bench press, shoulder press, bicep curls, lap pull down, sit ups, chest curl,
and a few more its mainly upper body.
im using heavy weights for 9 reps in circles of 3.
i dont do every exercise every time i go, i concentrate on chest abs back one day, day off, then arms, day off chest abs back, day off, arms etc etc
after 3 x 9 rep cycles say at 120kg i do same but at 90kg then 60kg then 30kg then 20kg then by the end i cant even push the bars at all i just push myself to the limit.
im after the best supplement to go with it to help build size.

You need a better split first. And train legs aswell. Normal split would be to do legs and back by themselfs. Then chest and bis, and shoulders and tris or visa versa.
Always have a push day followed by a pull for upper body to avoid 'overtraining':
Back
Shoulders + tris
Legs
Chest + bis
Throw abs in whenever you want. Train them everyday if you wish. Personally I just use a floor space so do them at home.
Then once your damaging muscle fibre you need to repair:
Whey protein, BCAAs, L-Glutamine (on top of a good diet)
Then now you have the nutrients its time to grow:
5htp and ZMA before bed and 6-8 hours sleep.
Thats basically it.

What Dusher said, but if you're going to do full body every time you go, then don't left really heavy, don't be doing that many reps, maybe look into 5x5's and definitely don't push yourself to failure or do anything fancy like drop sets.
I'm currently doing full body with just the basic compound exercises on 5x5's and I feel pretty good, was doing it every other day but I'm getting a little tired, adding around 2.5kg every time I go back and it's ok so far but I'm not lifting particularly heavy yet. Think when it gets a bit heavier, I'm going to have 1 day on 2 days off and see how I get on.
Dusher, got any links as to where I can get 5-htp and ZMA from? You use myprotein for the BCAA's and L-glutamine don't you?

All just MP mate. Sleep is lush with them both. Very deep, hard getting up the next day! Tend to have 200mg of caffeine and some green tea now as Im cutting. That soon wakes me up

Hmm, I struggle to get up as it is... Aren't you a bit worried that if you've drank a fair bit or had a shake before bed that if you're in such a deep sleep that you'll piss the bed? haha

I've woke up JUST in time a couple of times.
It is true, ZMA makes you sleep like the dead, and gives you some vivid, strange dreams

Oh dear, I'd definitely piss the bed then. I struggle to get out of bed when I need one as it is! Was reading about the 5htp and the review I've read all had one thing in common in that people were saying it was hard to shake off, and having to take it on an empty stomach doesn't sound ideal as I don't want to be cutting... think I'll turn to reading books :|
Looking good btw Kenco, you seem to have lost a hell of a lot of BF very quickly!

best supplement/ pro hormone on the market at the moment i have to say is megavol very potent product with some sick reviews. good for people not wanting AAS however its not for begginers, i going to be using it as a kickstart for my next cycle
its basically a superdrol clone a carb thirsty supp which you can easily put on 10+lb in 3 weeks with the correct diet and routine and strength increases are very impressive
downside is it carry's pretty bad side effects i have terrible back pump and bloating on it, like i said not for beginners but you asked for the best supp to help gain size so i thought i would give my opinion :)
Maximuscle progain extreme is good, i put on a stone on it in 2 weeks. Change your sets tho should be 5 sets of 5 for bulking 9 reps is closing in on toneing. How much are you chest pressing per dumbell?

Back pump: liver/kidneys going ouch. Same thing when you take any oral AAS. Pro-Hormones are just as bad if not worse. Only reason people take them is because you get buy them legally so they think they arnt 'cheating'.

i use progain!
and mutant mass, 3 shakes of EACH a day!...and i didnt gain a stone! i wish i fucking did!

For people not wanting AAS? That is what it is really..
If you know anything about this product you wouldn't mention it to somebody with no knowledge on the sudject, he wuodl be alot better off running a more mild pro hormone if anything something such as h-drol. Either way treat them like AAS, because your body will be under the same if not more stress!
Interesting thread.. Some good advice but most athletes + health and fitness bunnies only use supplements like Glucosamine etc. but it really depends on what size your going for and what results you want?
Are you going for pure bulk or just to improve lean mass and cut fat with other benefits? Nothings instant and a great, healthy, focused diet with work outs and exercise honed on achieving what you want usually offer great, reliable results.
..Either that or just turn hulk and chew roids, MGH, std etc. lol
