I'm no expert but that seems like a high intake diet.. Protein intake looks sky high, calories are almost 1 and a half the recommended intake (unless you're bulking?)
But as i said i'm no expert so don't take my advice
What programme or site did you work all that out on? Looks pretty cool
I personally would have EITHER the porridge or the eggs & toast for breakfast, have porridge one day, and eggs with toast the next
Meal 2 instead of more bread, have some salad with your chicken. Even if you have chicken salad one day, and a chicken sandwich the next
Meal 3 looks good
Meal 4 i would skip the oats and just have a protein shake
Meal 5 looks good
Meal 6 i would keep the protein shake, but ditch the chicken and bread...chicken is good but 3 times a day is overkill in my opinion.. I'd keep the protein shake and just go with something to eat alongside it like fruit, or some nuts...just a snack as meal 6 will be your last meal and you don't wanna eat too much late on
But....as i said i'm far from being an expert so i may be talking shite here...but that's what i reckon anyway

Depends what you are trying to achieve, and how much you already weigh etc...
If you are trying to add muscle without adding too much if any fat, it looks alright.
Either way, I suggest as your last meal you purchase some form of casein protein supplement and take that instead of all the other stuff. Whey protein is alright for all of the other meals, but before bed ideally you want casein.
I'll add another post when you tell us what you are trying to achieve.

Good points. But for my each meal I'm aiming for 500cal with about 33g proteins per meal.
For meal 2 that does sound a very good idea, it'll hopefully not get me bored of the meals.
I'm also chucking a natural peanut butter sandwhich on wholemeal bread in their.
Fruit wise I usually have 2-3 peices a day.
Use www.myfitnesspal.com for the meal plan or on your Android/Iphone :y:

Tri-tri-tri-tri-triple post!
If you're bulking, I would personally add more carbs. As a rule for carbs, I think you generally want 2 times your body weight in lbs. So if you were 200lbs, 400g of carbs, although if I'm honest maybe more, cos it's so easy to get carbs. Protein in take looks fine, but if you're bulking, I wouldn't replace the bread for salad. I'm also not sure how, but I think you're going to have to get more calories. GDA is 2500, and if you're going to the gym and adding muscle, then more than likely you will be burning more than that. I'd probably aim for 3500, as difficult as it will be.
Sorry I can't offer more advice.
EDIT: So I read a bit, and I keep reading stuff like if you want to get bigger, you have to eat like someone who is bigger. So yeah, I'd aim for 2x your bodyweight in lbs, in grams of protein and carbs, then try and add a bit, and aim for more calories. Then you'll bulk!
