Right ill try and describe this the best I can when I get to about 60mph the steering wheels shakes really bad and when I'm in traffic not going fast maybe about 5mph and applying the brakes I can feel the wheel sticking (almost like there's a flat spot) I'm not sure if its the brakes or the wheel could be buckled? and today when I was applying the brakes it was making like a knocking sound best way to describe this would be as if somebody was knocking a hammer against the tyre. The cars just passed its MOT so surly it cant be anything to do with the brakes or suspension? and the wheels have been balanced. Any ideas?

a pot hole or bump could knock em off easily if not put on correctly use to work in a tyre place and some of the sticky on weights are crap and can fall off
